To highlight our authentic, hand-craed pizzas, we design our stores with an open kitchen. Showcasing our pizza oven for our guests to watch their fresh-tossed dough being cooked creating an ambiance of an authentic New York-style Italian Restaurant.

Pizza Delivery Design

Russo New York Pizzeria delivery offers popular gourmet pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, calzones, and pizza by the slice. With a smaller footprint ranging from 1500 to 1800 SQ FT, it includes indoor and outdoor seating, low labor costs, fewer employees, less rent to pay out, and less overhead costs with higher profit margins.

Casual Dining Design

Russo New York Pizzeria Italian kitchen is an upscale casual New York Italian eatery that offers gourmet pizza, fresh-made pasta, salad, focaccia sandwiches, etc. The store size ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 SQ FT. This format is like a storefront/strip center or end-cap lifestyle shopping center located in heavy foot traffic areas with other businesses to generate exposure. Lower build out costs, lower rent, and fewer employees needed.

Coal-Fired Pizza Full Service Design

Coal-fired Italian kitchen offers pizza cooked in a coal-fired oven at an 800-degree temperature. This format also features unique menu items, like fresh
